Move the hose—not the wrestling match

MagLink separates the daily magnetic connection from the friction-fit cuffs. Install one matching half on each verified female cuff, then bring the flat magnetic faces together for quick changes.

Included and nominal profile

  • Two matching PETG halves; eight 10 × 1.5 mm magnets per half (16 installed total).
  • Each hose plug: 56.65–57.65 mm OD taper with approximately 40 mm engagement.
  • Approximately 52.65 mm flow diameter; 82 mm flange diameter; 46 mm length per half.
  • Hoses, cuffs, clamps and grounding hardware are not included.

Both receiving sides must be female openings near 57.15 mm. Magnets can pinch and may affect medical devices or magnetic media. The joint is not a structural support or grounding path.

Fit confirmation is required. Measure each rigid mating surface at the opening and 20 mm deeper—not the nominal hose label or corrugated hose body. See the Custom Fit checklist.
