A direct hose path for a measured 43 mm port

This independent aftermarket design bridges a measured 43 mm male tool port to the modern 57.15 mm shop-vacuum cuff interface. It uses a tapered friction socket and does not copy or claim the proprietary AirLock locking geometry.

Nominal fit profile

  • Tool side: female friction socket, 43.50–42.50 mm ID taper; approximately 30 mm engagement.
  • Vacuum side: male plug, 56.65–57.65 mm OD taper; approximately 40 mm engagement.
  • Overall length: approximately 90 mm; nominal wall: 2 mm.
  • Material/quantity: black PETG; one adapter.

Model name alone is not enough. Order only when the male tool port measures approximately 43 mm and the receiving vacuum cuff measures approximately 57.15 mm.
