Bring a measured D27 connector to a 1-1/4 in tool port

The D27 name describes a hose family, not every outside dimension of every connector generation. This adapter is built around a measured 38 mm tool-end connector and a tapered 1-1/4 in male tool end.

Nominal fit profile

  • D27 side: female socket, 38.50–37.50 mm ID taper; approximately 30 mm engagement.
  • Tool side: male plug, 31.25–32.25 mm OD taper; approximately 30 mm engagement.
  • Overall length: approximately 80 mm; nominal wall: 2 mm.
  • Material/quantity: black PETG; one adapter.

This is not represented as fitting every D27 generation, D36/D50 connectors, or the approximately 58 mm extractor end.

Fit confirmation is required. Measure each rigid mating surface at the opening and 20 mm deeper—not the nominal hose label or corrugated hose body. See the Custom Fit checklist.
