A fitting should fit.
Report a fit issue within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, photos of both connections, the measurements originally submitted and a description of where the part binds or remains loose.
What qualifies
If the submitted measurements matched the accepted fit profile and the adapter still does not fit the described connection under a normal hand test, DustFitter will review the case and provide an appropriate remedy, which may be a corrected replacement or refund.
What is not covered
- Incorrect, incomplete or nominal-only measurements.
- A different tool, hose, connector generation or connection orientation than the accepted profile.
- Damage from forcing, clamps tightened beyond normal hand pressure, heat, impact, abrasion, modification or unsupported use.
- Change-of-mind returns for a made-to-order part.
The guarantee does not change rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact DustFitter before returning anything.
