When you browse, contact DustFitter or place an order, the site may process contact details, billing and shipping details, order contents, fit measurements, equipment information, uploaded or emailed photos, customer messages and technical data such as IP address, browser and cookies.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the store, review fit, fulfill and support orders, prevent abuse, maintain records, comply with law and improve the website. DustFitter does not sell personal information for money.
Service providers
Hosting, ecommerce, email, payment and shipping providers may process information only as needed for their services and legal obligations. Payment-card data, when an enabled payment provider is used, is handled by that provider rather than intentionally stored as full card numbers by DustFitter.
Retention and choices
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations and dispute resolution. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing DustFitter. Some records may need to be retained by law.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system is guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated when the store’s practices or providers change.
